The Roundhouse is a youth charity and independent multi-arts venue based in Camden, London. Over the past 20 years we have shaped the UK’s cultural landscape as a home for world-class music, boundary-breaking theatre, circus, poetry and immersive installations. We are the UK’s leading creative centre for young people, engaging more than 10,000 young people annually through our creative youth programme.

Our mission is to raise the creative potential of the UK, giving young people and artists the space to experiment, develop skills and be part of moments that go down in history.

The Role

You will lead the development of an inspiring alumni programme that connects, celebrates and supports a growing community of Roundhouse alumni. You will design and deliver a compelling alumni offer across the organisation, building a network of advocates, collaborators and supporters while coordinating engagement activities, communications and large-scale networking events. Working across departments, you will create meaningful progression pathways and ensure alumni remain connected through a vibrant and engaging community.

Responsibilities

  • Manage alumni engagement through the digital platform
  • Oversee the central alumni budget
  • Lead alumni data collection, monitoring, analysis and reporting
  • Coordinate the development of alumni case studies across departments
  • Raise the profile of the alumni network internally and externally

Qualifications

  • Experience leading alumni engagement initiatives
  • Experience with data management, including systems, reporting and analysis
  • Experience producing inspiring and engaging copy for print and online communications
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally
  • Ability to monitor expenditure, keep to a budget and provide budgetary information
  • Excellent organisational, administrative and project management skills
  • Current and acceptable DBS check or willingness to undertake one due to the nature of the role
