You will take ownership of an established electrical team, shaping standards, supporting engineers and leading from the front in a professional, people-first environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead an in-house electrical maintenance team
  • Oversee planned & reactive maintenance delivery
  • Drive H&S compliance, audits and standards
  • Deliver toolbox talks and support engineer development
  • Manage PPM schedules and reactive priorities
  • Act as senior technical point of contact
  • Office-based leadership with site presence as required

About You

  • Qualified electrical background
  • Experience managing or supervising maintenance teams
  • Confident leading people and driving performance
  • Strong communicator with a supportive leadership style
  • Comfortable in a professional stakeholder environment
