Are you a Project Manager or similar from an AV background looking to take charge of high-spec AV fit outs for a highly successful SME offering a progression route into Board-level?
You\’ll join a highly successful, fast-growing SME that designs and delivers luxury residential cinema/smart-home installs and cutting-edge commercial AV fit-outs through two complementary divisions. Tight links between the teams mean rapid decisions, minimal red tape and clear progression to board level as the company scales.
What you\’ll be doing
- Run multiple projects simultaneously – from kickoff meeting and design coordination through procurement, on-site installation, test & handover.
- Produce RAMS, programmes, O&M manuals and progress reports; chair weekly calls with clients, contractors and the MD.
- Manage budgets, track variations, raise invoices and protect project margin.
- Schedule and brief engineers, arrange materials and maintain up-to-date records in WeQuote/Snagg (full training given).
- Split your time roughly 50 % luxury residential / 50 % commercial sites – travel and the occasional overnight stay are part of the role.
