You will work closely with CAD Detailers, Project Engineers, Structural Engineers and Design teams, giving you a broader understanding of the full project journey from enquiry and technical review through to quotation, handover and delivery. The team is being built around a small, self-sufficient structure, giving you genuine visibility, responsibility and access to senior decision-makers.
You will also be given a clear three-year progression plan, mapping out where you are now, where you want to get to in terms of responsibility and earnings, and the milestones needed to achieve it.
The Role
- Produce take-offs, quotations and technical schedules from construction drawings and specifications
- Review client enquiries, drawings and project information to prepare accurate pricing
- Work closely with CAD Detailers, Project Engineers, Structural Engineers and Design teams
