Are you an Admin or similar who already touches H&S paperwork and wants to build a Safety career for an award winning Construction Group known for their friendly and supportive Office environment?
A rare and exciting opportunity to take responsibility for the H&S Administration of an entire group of Leading Construction Companies. You will be responsible for the Administration and H&S while undergoing full training including NEBOSH certification
If you combine H&S knowledge with strong admin/reporting skills, this is a perfect platform to grow toward senior SHEQ, auditing or compliance roles.
Day-to-day snapshot
- Log accidents, near misses, training and audit findings in Eco-Online and Excel trackers.
- Compile monthly KPI and trend reports for managers.
- Book toolbox talks, external inspections and staff training courses.
- Maintain PPE, asset and calibration register.
- Prepare RAMS packs, induction paperwork
Ideal background
- Experience in administration / coordination where H&S paperwork was part of the role
- Confident with Excel, Word and online databases; comfortable turning data into simple reports.
- Strong eye for detail and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Friendly communicator-happy talking to engineers one minute and directors the next.
- Keen to learn more about safety, quality and environment and grow with the team.
