The Role:

  • Producing detailed mechanical and digital engineering designs
  • Work across complex fluid and heat transfer systems
  • Developing BIM, Revit and CAD models for specialist engineering projects
  • Coordinating designs with project delivery teams
  • Producing construction and manufacturing drawings
  • Ensuring designs comply with technical and regulatory standards
  • Hybrid working (Monday & Tuesday office, Wednesday to Friday from home)

The Person:

  • Experience in Mechanical Design, Building Services or BIM Design
  • Experience using Revit, AutoCAD or similar design software
  • Background in HVAC, Building Services, MEP, Pipework, Water Treatment or similar
  • Strong technical and problem-solving ability
  • Commutable to the Manchester / Stockport area twice per week
