What You\’ll Be Doing

Working on the production of non-combustible cavity trays and stainless-steel components.

Operating a rotating range of machinery including forming presses, cutting equipment, assembly stations and quality-check benches.

Loading materials, monitoring machines, removing formed components, and maintaining consistent accuracy.

Supporting daily production runs, completing work orders, and keeping to safety standards.

Assisting senior operators with setups, adjustments, and continuous improvement tasks.

Optional overtime available at busy periods.

What You\’ll Need

Practical, hands-on approach – confident with tools, machinery or workshop equipment.

Either :

• A college qualification in engineering / manufacturing or
• 1-2 years in a production / machine operative job.

Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.

Comfortable working as part of a friendly, close-knit team.
