The role
- Service, maintain and repair air conditioning systems across 4- and 5-star hotels (Hilton, Novotel, Mercure and others).
- Carry out PPM, diagnostics and repair work on chillers, AHUs, VRF/VRV, splits and cellar coolers.
- Work independently across a regional patch, liaising directly with hotel management and the office team.
- Complete accurate service reports and keep all work compliant and professional.
You'll need
- Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer or HVAC Service Engineer.
- Competence in chillers and/or cellar coolers (training provided for the right person).
- Knowledge of VRF/VRV, split and multi-split systems, and AHUs.
- Comfortable working in live commercial or hotel environments.
- Full UK driving licence (minor points considered).
- Polite, professional and self-motivated attitude.
