The Role- Manage air conditioning projects from initial enquiry through to completion
- Carry out site surveys and liaise directly with customers
- Review and sign off quotations
- Organise labour, schedules and installation programmes
- Order equipment and materials, coordinating with suppliers
- Act as the technical link between engineers, clients and management
- Support smooth delivery of projects without being back on the tools day-to-day
- Background as an Air Conditioning Engineer or HVAC Project Engineer
- Strong working knowledge of AC systems beyond basic installs
- Comfortable interpreting specs and survey information
- Confident dealing with customers, engineers and suppliers
- Looking to move into (or continue in) an office-based project role
- Organised, proactive and capable of working with minimal supervision
