You’ll take ownership of an established electrical team, shaping standards, supporting engineers and leading from the front in a professional, people-first environment.
The Role- Lead an in-house electrical maintenance team
- Oversee planned & reactive maintenance delivery
- Drive H&S compliance, audits and standards
- Deliver toolbox talks and support engineer development
- Manage PPM schedules and reactive priorities
- Act as senior technical point of contact
- Office-based leadership with site presence as required
- Qualified electrical background
- Experience managing or supervising maintenance teams
- Confident leading people and driving performance
- Strong communicator with a supportive leadership style
- Comfortable in a professional stakeholder environment
- Work‑Life Balance: 35‑hour working week, Monday‑Friday only, no constant call‑outs or unsociable hours
- Holiday: 32 days standard, buy up to 10 extra (up to 42 total)
- Enhanced Earnings: £3,800 on‑call allowance (1 in 6 rota), Duty Holder / AP uplifts
- Outstanding Pension: 15% employer contribution (USS), total contribution over 20%
