You will work on varied, one-off pieces rather than repetitive production-line furniture, seeing projects develop from technical drawings through to completed cabinetry.
The role would suit someone from a bespoke furniture, kitchen, cabinet-making or joinery background who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
There is also longer-term potential to progress into workshop supervision or management as the business continues to grow.
