Are you a Team Manager from a Construction background looking for full autonomy and responsibility in a Specialist Project environment overseeing the Projects team across multiple sites within an award-winning Construction Group? This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a rapidly growing department within a market-leading construction firm, overseeing high-value, bespoke projects across the UK.

This is a leadership role overseeing the performance and development of a busy and fast-paced Project Engineering team. You will be responsible for managing a team across multiple sites ensuring team delivery and client satisfaction remain at the highest level. You will take the lead on tactical decisions, team coaching, and stepping into projects where strategic oversight or escalation is needed.

This is primarily an office-based role offering long-term progression into senior decision-making. It would suit someone from a Construction background who has overseen technical or commercial Project or Design teams and is now looking for a hands-on, leadership-focused role with excellent long-term prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a growing team of Project Engineers across multiple locations
  • Act as a senior point of escalation for project or client issues
  • Organise and chair team meetings and Management sessions
  • Coach and support Project Engineers to develop skills and meet deadlines
  • Monitor team performance, delivery, and client satisfaction
  • Conduct occasional site visits for relationship-building and oversight
  • Ensure commercial protections, reputation management, and client needs are balanced effectively

  • Strong leadership and people management skills
