Exciting Estimator opportunity with real autonomy and fast progression route into Estimating Manager – join a growing construction office backed by a global business, where you\’ll take ownership of live pricing work with clear progression.

This Estimator role places you at the centre of a developing Cookstown team, pricing construction enquiries while helping shape how estimating is delivered locally. You\’ll work closely with project staff in a collaborative environment, building responsibility, influence, and fast progression opportunities.

Structured onboarding includes training visits to the Midlands (UK) during probation to develop full product and system knowledge.

The Role

  • Produce take-offs and quotations from drawings and specifications
  • Manage pricing enquiries, variations, and scope clarification
  • Liaise with contractors and internal project teams
  • Prepare handover packs for delivery teams
  • Maintain accurate estimating pipeline and pricing records

About You

  • Experience as an Estimator or Construction Estimator / Design Engineer
  • Confident reading construction drawings
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced office
