Exciting Estimator opportunity for a Construction Specialist in a brand new team focusing on Specialist international projects with clear progression into Leadership.
This Estimator role places you at the centre of a developing Cookstown team pricing construction enquiries. You'll work closely with project staff in a collaborative environment, building responsibility, influence, and fast progression opportunities.
The Role
- Produce take-offs and quotations from drawings and specifications
- Manage pricing enquiries, variations, and scope clarification
- Liaise with contractors and internal project teams
- Prepare handover packs for delivery teams
- Maintain accurate estimating pipeline and pricing records
About You
- Experience as an Estimator or Construction Estimator / Design Engineer
- Confident reading construction drawings
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced office
