Role - what you\\\'ll do
As Contracts Supervisor, coordinate multiple sites and subcontractor delivery for roofing/offsite works
Lead site briefings, track schedules and provide clear client updates
Ensure subcontractors meet contracts, specs and H&S standards
Oversee Carpentry/Timber installations; problem-solve issues on site
Monitor risk, flag delays early and keep programmes on track
Support RAMS, permits and quality documentation as required
About you
Carpentry/Joinery or timber background
Experience dealing with subcontractors on residential or offsite projects
CSCS/CPCS/NPORS (or willingness to obtain)
Full UK driving licence
Confident communicator who builds strong relationships with crews and clients
Ideal step-up for an experienced Site Supervisor/Foreperson aiming for Contracts Management
