Job Description
Midlands – North (field-based, HQ support)
£50,000-£60,000 basic + quarterly bonus (~15%) + car / allowance + 33 days' holiday + health cash plan
Are you a Specification Manager from a building envelope, facade or masonry support manufacturer looking for full autonomy and genuine design-stage influence – without the pressure of sales chasing?
This is a technically led specification role focused on CPD delivery, architect engagement and compliant faade solutions, operating independently from the sales team.

The Role

Deliver formal CPDs and technical presentations to Architects, Engineers and Consultants

Influence specifications at design stage (RIBA 2-4)

Write and support compliant specifications for faade, building envelope and masonry support systems

Build long-term, senior relationships with design professionals

Handover secured specifications to a separate sales team
The Person

At least 2+ years' experience in a specification-led role within:

Building envelope systems

Faade systems

Masonry support / brick slip / structural faade products

Technically minded and confident discussing faade structures and interfaces

Proven CPD presenter to architectural and consultancy audiences

Relationship-led, credible and commercially aware

Ideally based within reasonable travel distance of the East Midlands / Midlands, covering the North West and Yorkshire
