This Maintenance Technician role suits a General Builder or Multi-Trade Operative with a background in brickwork, drainage, roofing, external works or similar looking for a permanent, in-house position with steady hours and consistent workload. This Maintenance Technician position is based on a large university estate, carrying out a wide range of building repairs across live campus buildings, roads, pathways, drainage systems and building fabric.
