The Role
- Lead an in-house electrical maintenance team
- Oversee planned & reactive maintenance delivery
- Drive H&S compliance, audits and standards
- Deliver toolbox talks and support engineer development
- Manage PPM schedules and reactive priorities
- Act as senior technical point of contact
- Office-based leadership with site presence as required

- Qualified electrical background
- Experience managing or supervising maintenance teams
