Health & Safety Manager with manufacturing experience responsible for leading H&S across a single site, reporting directly to the board. This role offers a 4-day week and a permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Own health and safety across a single manufacturing site
• Report directly to the board
• Lead and implement health, safety and compliance initiatives
• Drive regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in safety performance

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience as Health & Safety Manager in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and risk management
• Ability to lead site-wide safety programs and liaise with senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Salary: £40,000 – £44,000
• Contract: Permanent
• Hours: Mon-Thu factory hours (4-day week)
