Are you an Electrical Compliance Engineer (HNC Qualified) looking to take on a brand-new position with real autonomy and responsibility, within a beautiful and diverse cultural institution, offering an outstanding benefits package including 15% Pension and holidays up to 41 days?

You will act as a central point of contact for all in-house electrical compliance work across a large multi-building estate. From managing contractors to issuing permits and ensuring safe systems of work, this is a technical, process-driven position with a strong emphasis on documentation, procedural oversight and safety. The role is based primarily on-site at a central campus, with some flexibility across other locations as needed.
You will be joining a large, well-established organisation with excellent support systems in place. With ongoing investment in training, high pension contributions, and around 40 days of annual leave (including closures at Easter and Christmas), this is a role that offers both stability and career progression. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as LV Duty Holder and support all compliance-based electrical procedures across the estate
