Are you a Cabinet Maker / Bench Joiner looking for a stable days-based role in a small family-run business known for high-end bespoke kitchens offering progression into Management as the company grows? This is an opportunity to join a growing, family-run business that designs and manufactures individually made cabinetry for high-end residential projects. You will work on varied, one-off pieces rather than repetitive production-line furniture, seeing projects develop from technical drawings through to completed cabinetry.
The role would suit someone from a bespoke furniture, kitchen, cabinet-making or joinery background who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. There is also longer-term potential to progress into workshop supervision or management as the business continues to grow.
The Role- Manufacture high-end bespoke kitchens, fitted furniture and cabinetry
- Read and work from technical and production drawings
- Cut, machine, assemble and finish cabinetry components
- Work closely with other members of the workshop team
- Overtime available when required, with increased availability during busy project periods
- Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Friday, 8:00am to 3:45pm
- Cabinet Maker, Bench Joiner, Furniture Maker or similar
- Background producing bespoke kitchens, furniture, cabinetry or architectural joinery
- Looking to join a small family-run company
- Able to manufacture detailed cabinetry from drawings
- Confident using workshop machinery, power tools and hand tools
- Reliable, conscientious and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Additional overtime
- 28 days holiday + bank holidays (36 altogether)
