Are you a Bathroom Fitter looking for stable Monday to Friday work for a small family-run company with full autonomy to manage your own workload, with optional overtime and progression into lead installer available as the company expands? This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, family-run business delivering high-quality bathroom installations across the local area. You will be trusted to manage your own jobs, working from completed designs and measurements with a high level of independence. The company is continuing to grow and can offer long-term stability, regular overtime and progression into greater responsibility as the business expands.
The Role:
- Complete bathroom installations from start to finish
- Carry out tiling, fitting, plumbing and finishing work
- Work from designs and measurements provided by the Director
- Manage your own workload across customer sites
- Work predominantly on bathroom projects, with occasional kitchen installations
- Monday to Friday, days-based role
- Regular overtime available, paid at time and a half
The Person:
- Bathroom fitting experience
- Strong tiling skills
- Able to complete installations independently
- Comfortable working in customers' homes
- Reliable, professional and quality-focused
- Full UK driving licence
