Are you passionate about making a tangible impact locally and changing the lives of vulnerable young people? Roundabout is looking for a Homeless Prevention Worker to support homeless young people aged 16-25 in Sheffield.

About the role:

The Homeless Prevention Worker role is part of Roundabout’s Homeless Prevention Service which consists of a number of different services working towards preventing young people aged 16-25 from becoming homeless in Sheffield. The role will involve a combination of providing housing advice and support to young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness through our housing advice service and supporting young people living in supported accommodation flats to grow in their independent living skills leading them to obtaining their own accommodation.
