Are you passionate about making a tangible impact locally and changing the lives of vulnerable young people? Roundabout is looking for a Hostel Residential Housing Administrator to support homeless young people aged 16-25 in Sheffield.
About the role
This role is a very important part of the team at the Hostel, and enables Roundabout to provide high quality support and accommodation for young people housed there. You will be working as the Residential Housing Administrator in a busy office environment, providing housing support for all the young people living at the Hostel.
You will be in daily contact with all young people living at the Hostel. You will be responsible for managing the booking in process, the administration of all the Housing Benefit claims, collating incoming rent, general property admin and providing any day-to-day assistance for the Hostel manager as required.
The role will be based completely at Roundabout’s Hostel.
