We’re partnering with a well-known independent AdTech business looking to hire an Account Manager to join their Customer Success team. This is a client-facing role focused on campaign delivery, performance management, and building strong relationships across agency and advertiser partners. You’ll play a key role in ensuring campaigns run smoothly from launch through to reporting and optimisation, while helping drive long-term client success.

The Role

  • Own and manage campaigns throughout the full lifecycle, from setup through to delivery, optimisation and reporting.
  • Act as the main point of contact for agency and client stakeholders during live campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across agency and media teams.
  • Monitor campaign delivery and performance, proactively identifying issues and driving solutions.
  • Work closely with Sales, Activation, Product and Operations teams to ensure campaigns achieve client objectives.
  • Deliver campaign insights, reporting and post-campaign analysis to clients.
  • Support process improvements and operational efficiency across campaign management workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement real-time performance optimisation.

What we're looking For

  • Previous experience within customer success, account management, campaign management or digital advertising operations.
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and campaign delivery processes.
  • Some hands-on experience with ad servers, tracking systems and campaign management platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable insights.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong Excel and presentation skills.
