Job Description
We’re excited to be working exclusively with a scaling advertising technology business, on the hunt for a Publisher Campaign Manager.
Our client is a fast-growing AdTech business that helps brands and publishers rethink how audiences experience advertising online. Their technology brings native, contextually relevant formats to life — ads that sit naturally within content, enhance engagement, and drive measurable brand impact without disrupting the user experience.
They partner with leading publishers, media agencies, and advertisers globally — delivering scalable, brand-safe environments and innovative formats that connect storytelling and performance.
The role
Reporting into the Head of Publisher Development the Campaign Manager will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth delivery of ad campaigns, and will be the first point of contact for publisher and advertiser campaign requests.
You’ll be a core member of the supply team, leading the end-to-end management of ad campaigns, using relevant applications such as Salesforce, Ad Butler, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, and Slack, liaising with internal departments to facilitate campaign delivery and client requests.
You
· 3+ years of experience in Advertising Operations and/or Campaign Management, ideally with some publisher and advertiser facing experience
· Strong numeracy and problem-solving skills
· Exceptional communication and project management abilities
· Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
· Proficient with Google Workspace, specifically Gmail and Google Sheets
· Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, with a high level of accuracy across multiple campaigns simultaneously
· Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with all members of the SmartFrame team
· Good understanding of current market trends in online publishing and ad tech
