An exciting new premium sports and entertainment organisation is seeking a talented Creative Manager to join its partnerships team during an exciting growth phase. Operating at the intersection of elite sport and luxury, this business delivers world-class experiences and content to a global audience.
The Role
Reporting to a Creative Strategist, this role sits at the heart of the partnerships team - bringing commercial relationships to life visually through stunning pitch responses, proposal documents, and sales materials that genuinely win business. You'll work closely with commercial leads to translate briefs into high-impact creative that reflects the premium nature of the brand at every touchpoint. Beyond partnerships, you'll produce polished, on-brand design across social media, digital content, event collateral, campaign assets, and internal marketing materials - contributing to the full creative lifecycle from initial concept through to final delivery.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years' creative / graphic design experience, ideally with exposure to commercial or partnerships environments
- Exceptional presentation and sales document design - you know how to make a pitch deck that wins
- Strong Figma and Adobe Suite skills; proficient video editing
- A refined design eye suited to premium and luxury brands
- Experience across social, digital, and event-focused creative
- Collaborative and confident working closely with commercial teams
- Proactive, detail-driven, and comfortable across a varied, fast-moving workload
Salary - £45k-£50k + Bens package
