We’re partnering with a new, globally backed international sports business who are looking for a B2B Partnerships Director. This is a highly-funded organisation building a global events calendar from the ground up. The business is focused on premium experiences, modern storytelling and long-term partnerships.
The Role
- You will lead the acquisition of founder and global partners, selling high-value, multi-year partnerships to organisations looking to engage an ultra-high-net-worth international audience through sport, content and live experiences.
- This is not a role for someone building a network from scratch. A strong, active book of client-direct relationships is essential – e.g. Tech, Finance etc.
- Partnerships are bespoke and creatively led, supported by embedded creative strategy – not pre-packaged inventory.
- You will initially operate as an individual contributor, with a clear path to building and leading a team as the organisation scales.
- Experience working in UHNW environments is advantageous.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Personally originating and closing high-value, global sponsorship partnerships.
- Leveraging an established network of direct brand and client-side decision-makers to open doors quickly.
- Working closely with creative strategists to shape innovative, executable propositions.
- Operating confidently in a founder-stage environment with evolving structure and process.
- Playing a key role in shaping the long-term commercial model of the organisation.
The Profile We’re Looking For
- Proven track record selling seven-figure sponsorship or partnership deals.
- Comfortable selling vision, access and future value – not just inventory.
- Experience within sport, live events, media or premium experiential environments.
Hybrid working: This role requires a minimum of 3-days per week in their new Mayfair offices.
Compensation: They have a competitive base salary + 40% commission allocated for this hire.
If you have a relevant profile for this role, we will be in touch within 5 working days. Our client is not able to offer sponsorship, so you will need right to work in the UK.
