We're excited to be working with a scaling advertising technology business, on the hunt for a Publisher Sales Manager. Our client is a fast-growing AdTech business that helps brands and publishers rethink how audiences experience advertising online. Their technology brings native, contextually relevant formats to life, ensuring ads sit naturally within content, enhance engagement, and drive measurable brand impact without disrupting the user experience. They partner with leading publishers, media agencies, and advertisers globally, delivering scalable, brand-safe environments and innovative formats that connect storytelling and performance.

The role

Reporting into the Head of Publisher Development, this is an individual contributor sales role, owning the full BD cycle of prospecting new publisher partners. You'll be a core member of the supply team, tasked with bringing on and maximizing revenue opportunities for new publisher partners, primarily web publishers (editorial media sites, news sites, blogs, content-heavy websites etc). You'll own all phases of the business development lifecycle, from sourcing, pitching, negotiating and contracting, to onboarding coordination (with the support of a Publisher Campaign Manager).

You

  • 3-5+ years of experience in advertising technology/digital media sales, with 3+ years (minimum) spent in publisher development, ideally prospecting new web publishers in the UK.
  • Strong network of decision-makers in the commercial and/or editorial teams at tier 1, 2, 3 web publishers in the UK.
  • Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Consistent track record of meeting/exceeding new business and revenue targets.
