Recruitment Director – Digital, Media and Tech
As Client Director – Beauty, you will define and lead the commercial strategy for the beauty vertical across the our business. You’ll drive revenue growth through innovative, multi-platform brand partnerships spanning print, digital, social, video, audio, and experiential channels. This senior client-facing role blends strategic vision, creative flair, and deep beauty industry insight to deliver impactful, insight-led collaborations that inspire audiences and exceed client objectives.
Your profile
- Be an expert in our brand, audience, and platforms, embodying its tone and values.
- Deliver confident, engaging client and agency presentations, underpinned by strong market insight and storytelling.
- Maintain meticulous records of all commercial activity, including client interactions, proposals, and revenue tracking.
- Represent the company at industry events, launches, and trade shows, building the brand’s reputation and influence.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, championing innovation and excellence across all commercial touchpoints.
Experience
Experience in a client facing Beauty role is essential
Excellent knowledge of the Beauty industry and experience in setting the commercial strategy for the Beauty category.
Qualifications
Previous experience is key but a relevant qualification would be desirable.
