We are supporting a leading global programmatic and digital media technology business on the hunt for a Technical Account Manager to support and grow revenue generated by their self-serve proprietary DSP platform β utilized by leading agencies and trading desks.
Although not sales, this is a client-facing role for someone with strong programmatic knowledge, who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, account management, and revenue growth.
The Role
As Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for servicing and expanding a portfolio of agency and trading desk clients using their self-serve DSP platform. You will act as a trusted technical and commercial partner, helping clients get maximum value from the platform while driving increased adoption and spend. You will work closely with internal programmatic, product, and commercial teams, and will be seen as a point of contact for platform expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing agency and trading desk clients
- Drive increased spend and product adoption within agency trading desks
- Act as a platform expert, demonstrating capabilities and new features
- Troubleshoot and support campaign delivery to ensure smooth performance
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across products and partners
- Run regular business reviews and performance conversations with agencies
- Support new client onboarding and feature adoption
What Weβre Looking For
- 2β4+ yearsβ experience in programmatic Account Management, Campaign Management, Technical Account Management, Trading or Activation, from an SSP, DSP or Trading desk environment.
- Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and trading desk workflows
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Commercial mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical capability
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders internally and externally
- Proactive, curious, and motivated to grow within ad tech
- Fluent in English
