Job Description
Agency Sales Director – Native Advertising / Digital Media
Hybrid, London (2 days per week in office)
A fast-growing AdTech business is helping brands and publishers rethink how audiences experience advertising online. Their technology brings native, contextually-relevant formats to life — ads that sit naturally within content, enhance engagement, and drive measurable brand impact without disrupting the user experience.
They partner with leading publishers, media agencies, and advertisers globally — delivering scalable, brand-safe environments and innovative formats that connect storytelling and performance.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of one of the UK’s key media agency groups, leading relationships at senior level and driving digital revenue growth across your network.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Global leadership team to define and execute the agency strategy, lead a small team, and champion new native formats that bridge creativity, technology, and attention.
Responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining senior relationships across your assigned agency group
- Leading proactive and response briefs, developing best-in-class proposals and pitches
- Driving revenue growth personally and through your team
- Representing the company across agency trading, strategy, and investment teams
- Identifying opportunities to scale native and in-content solutions across clients
- Coaching and mentoring your sales team to achieve commercial success
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in digital media or AdTech, managing major media agency relationships
- Strong network across key UK agency groups (WPP, Publicis, Omnicom, Dentsu, Havas, Indies etc.)
- A blend of commercial, strategic, and people-leadership skills
- Passionate about innovation in native, contextual, or content-led advertising
