Our client is a well-established and growing EdTech business with over a decade of trusted relationships with schools across the UK. They are now looking for a senior leader to own and evolve their School Engagement function. This is a strategic, board-reporting role sitting at the intersection of customer success, sector insight and team leadership. You will shape the full post-sale school experience, lead a central engagement team, and act as the internal voice of schools, ensuring strategy reflects the real pressures facing teachers and leaders today.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end school partner experience, from onboarding through to renewal
  • Lead and develop the central school engagement and support team
  • Act as the voice of schools internally, bringing sector insight into business strategy
  • Drive improvements to engagement, satisfaction and retention
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, renewals and marketing for a joined-up customer experience
  • Report directly to the Board on strategic direction and performance

You will bring:

  • Senior experience in school engagement, customer success or education partnerships
  • A genuine understanding of the Primary and Secondary school landscape
  • A track record of leading customer-facing teams and improving retention and satisfaction
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
