Are you happy both behind the scenes keeping things running, and on-screen giving guidance when needed? Would you like to help young people to shine around the world? Firmly established within Round Square’s range of programmes, online “Postcards”, “Study Labs” and “Show and Tell”, involve students from across the world in dynamic, student-led conversations on a broad range of topics, from discussing some of our world’s biggest problems to fun sharing on light-hearted topics such as hobbies or food.
The Online Programmes Manager will play a vital role in ensuring these sessions run smoothly and successfully, supporting both the logistics and the people involved, from technical hosting of the call on Zoom to coordinating international participation to coaching students to lead with confidence.
The role includes:

- planning and scheduling a busy timetable of zoom calls led by students from across the world;
- working with the Marketing Director to advertise and register participants on online platforms;
- coaching student leaders and presenters to lead engaging, inclusive conversations;
- staffing and facilitating high-quality, professionally-presented live 60-90 minute Zoom calls;
- providing technical setup and troubleshooting during sessions;
- working with the Operations Director to grow and develop Round Square’s Online Programme offering;
To flourish in this role we think you will need:
- excellent digital skills, particularly with platforms such as Zoom (breakout rooms, session management); previous knowledge of Podio an advantage though training will be given;
- confidence facilitating or presenting in online environments;
- strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts at once;
- the ability to stay calm, flexible and solutions-focused in live situations;
This is a full-time, office-based role in Windsor, though due to the international nature of our work, the role requires, and offers, a degree of flexibility, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional later-night sessions to connect with students and schools worldwide and corresponding time off in lieu.
