A great opportunity has arisen for a Landlord Acquisition Consultant to join our client based in Waterloo, SE1, an accredited housing supplier to numerous local authorities across North and East London.
Responsibilities:
- Arranging and conducting viewings for properties; effective diary management.
- Identify and approach private sector landlords and promote the business's bespoke Guaranteed Rental services.
- Working alongside the Lettings Administration department to ensure that all lets are legally compliant and administered effectively.
- Acquire a sufficient supply of private sector accommodation, providing accommodation of a suitable type, size and location to meet the requirements of clients in housing need.
- Develop effective marketing and procurement strategies to maximise the number of suitably affordable private rented accommodation available to the business.
- Provide advice, support and encouragement to landlords with homes to let and increase the number of landlords and letting agencies that work with the organisation.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with new and existing landlords and letting agents.
- Contribute to research and service development of the Housing Solutions team, PRS and Local Lettings Agencies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of Lettings experience.
- Candidates should be target-driven and have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment.
- Excellent communication skills and able to articulate ideas in a concise way.
- Enjoy working in a team environment.
- A desire to want to progress and challenge yourself continually.
- Experience would be an advantage but not essential.
- Obtain a full valid UK driving licence.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm
Salary range: between £33,000 to £37,000 pa + car allowance OTE of around £50,000 to £60,000.
