An great opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Negotiator to join our client based in East London. Are you currently working in a sales and target focused environment and are looking for an exciting new challenge?

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

  • Generating Viewings
  • Attending Viewings
  • Matching buyers to properties
  • Learning the legislation in Estate Agency
  • Cross sell across the business e.g. generating valuations and mortgage appointments
  • Negotiator offers
  • General Administration

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:

Fundamentally this is a sales job, so having a persuasive but polite nature is an advantage. This Trainee Negotiator position is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, with long term career prospects.

The hours will be: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm; Saturdays 9am - 5pm with a day off in the week. Salary range will be between £15,000pa to £20,000pa basic + Commission.
