An great opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our client based in Romford, RM1. Are you currently working in a sales and target focused environment and are looking for an exciting new challenge?
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
- Registration of new applicants, handling phone, email and office walk-in enquiries
- Arranging and conducting viewings for properties; effective diary management
- Negotiation of offers, feedback to landlords, let progression, liaising with tenants and landlords
- To work alongside the Lettings Administrator and ensure that all lets are legally compliant and administered effectively
- Canvassing
The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:

Fundamentally this is a sales job, so having a persuasive but polite nature is an advantage. This Trainee Negotiator position is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, with long term career prospects. The hours will be Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturdays 9am - 5pm with a day off in the week.
