An great opportunity has arisen for a Junior Sales Negotiator to join our client based in St Albans, AL4.
Responsibilities:
- Generating Viewings
- Attending Viewings
- Matching buyers to properties
- Learning the legislation in Estate Agency
- Cross sell across the business e.g. generating valuations and mortgage appointments
- Negotiator offers
- General Administration

Fundamentally this is a sales job, so having a persuasive but polite nature is an advantage. This Junior Negotiator position is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, with long term career prospects.
The hours will be Monday to Friday 8:45am – 6:00pm working every other Saturday; Saturdays 9am - 5pm with a day off in the week.
Salary range will be between £20,000pa to £25,000 base and a basic OTE of around £40,000pa.
