An great opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join our client based in Romford, RM1. As a Senior Sales Negotiator you will be confident in dealing with properties and clients across the range into the very top end and be involved in the whole Property Sales process from generating/carrying out viewings to negotiating and pushing deals through to their successful completion. You will need to build long‑term business relationships with clients and buyers, be focused and determined in working to targets and be a strong team player.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating canvassing activities to generate new business
- Coordinating property valuations and listings
- Effectively marketing properties to attract potential buyers
- Matching prospective buyers to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly
- Maintaining regular contact with vendors, buyers and other relevant parties
- Guiding vendors and buyers through the sales process from agreement of the sale to legal completion
- Be proactive in generating opportunities, not just reacting to inbound leads
- Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis
- Dealing with financial/legal matters relating to the sales process
Qualifications and Skills
- Have some exposure in a sales environment with 1 year’s experience minimum in Estate Agency
- Candidates should be target‑driven and have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment
- Strong work ethic – consistent, disciplined, and comfortable with high levels of activity
- Team player – no ego, supportive of others and contributes positively to the team
- Clear communication – confident, organised, and responsive
- Customer‑first mindset – focused on doing the right thing for clients
- Growth mindset – open to structure, coaching, and accountability
- Be comfortable working towards clear targets and KPIs
- Location is important for this role – candidates should live within a 30‑minute drive of Romford
- Use of CRM systems
- Obtain a full valid UK driving licence
Hours
- Monday to Friday 8:45 am – 6 pm
- Saturdays 9:30 am – 4 pm
- Work every other Saturday with a day off in the week
Salary
Between £25,000 pa to £28,000 pa basic + car allowance £200 pcm an OTE of around £40,000 to £45,000 pa.
