An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join our client based in North London. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be confident in dealing with properties and clients across a range, including high-end properties, and be involved in the entire property sales process—from generating and conducting viewings to negotiating and closing deals successfully. In this role, you will need to build long-term business relationships with clients and buyers, be focused and target-driven, and work well as part of a team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating canvassing activities to generate new business
- Organizing property valuations and listings
- Marketing properties effectively to attract potential buyers
- Matching prospective buyers to suitable properties and arranging viewings
- Maintaining regular contact with vendors, buyers, and other relevant parties
- Handling financial and legal matters related to the sales process
- Guiding vendors and buyers through the sales process from agreement to legal completion
- Contributing to the smooth daily operation of the branch
The successful candidate will need to possess the following skills:
- Minimum of 2 years estate agency experience
- Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed in sales
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate ideas concisely
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Desire to progress and challenge oneself continually
- Valid UK driving licence
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturdays 9am - 4pm, with a day off during the week.
Salary range: £26,000 to £28,500 per annum basic + Company Car, with an OTE of around £40,000 to £45,000 per annum.
