A great opportunity for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator has arisen to join a vibrant and well-known Estate Agency based in Tottenham N15. As a Negotiator, you will need to have the ability to build long-term business relationships with clients and buyers, be focused and determined in working to targets, and be a strong team player.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating canvassing activities to generate new business
- Coordinating property valuations and listings
- Effectively marketing properties to attract potential buyers
- Matching prospective buyers to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly
- Maintaining regular contact with vendors, buyers and other relevant parties
- Dealing with financial/legal matters relating to the sales process
- Guiding vendors and buyers through the sales process from agreement of the sale to legal completion
- Contributing to the smooth running of the branch daily
- Deal with enquiries on the lettings department
- Attend viewings on the lettings side
- Generate Market Appraisals
- Negotiate offers with landlords and tenants
- Register potential tenants
- Match applicants to properties
Skills & Requirements:
- Work well under pressure and manage time effectively
- Have good interpersonal skills at all levels and communicate effectively
- Be adaptable
- Have sound property industry knowledge
- Able to use Word, Excel and email to an intermediate standard
- Good negotiation skills
- Able to multi-task and manage time effectively
Hours and Salary:
Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm; Saturdays 9am – 3:30pm with a day off in the week. Salary range £25,000pa to £30,000pa basic + car allowance, an OTE of around £35,000pa - £45,000.
