A highly respected, Estate Agency are looking for an experienced Sales Manager based in Hertfordshire.Our clientsare looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a team in their Hoddesdon branch.This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, target-driven individual who can inspire a team, generate new business and deliver exceptional results while maintaining a high level of customer service.
The Role
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving branch performance, managing and developing the sales team, generating new instructions and overseeing the sales process from valuation through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop the sales team to achieve branch and individual targets.
- Generate new business and maximise valuation and instruction opportunities.
- Conduct valuations and provide accurate, professional market advice.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure transactions progress smoothly.
- Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers and local contacts.
- Monitor team performance, KPIs and conversion rates.
- Oversee viewings, offers and negotiations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and regular client communication.
- Identify opportunities to increase market share and branch revenue.
- Coach team members and support their professional development.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure company procedures are followed.
Skills & Experience
- Previous Estate Agency sales experience, ideally at Senior Negotiator or Sales Manager level.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong valuation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent leadership and people-management abilities.
- Highly motivated, organised and commercially minded.
- Confident communicator with a professional and personable approach.
- Strong knowledge of the local property market.
- Full UK driving licence and own car required.

Hours: Mon-Fri 8.45am – 6pm / Saturday Rota 9.30am – 4pm
Salary range will be:
£30,000 basican OTE of around £50,000 to £60,000
