A very established, highly reputable, Independent and forward thinking Estate Agent based in North London, N8 are actively seeking a bright, switched on and attention to detail Property PA. The role is to provide first class administrative support to the Managing Director and the Sales Team.
Key tasks of this role include:
- Preparing correspondence, brochures, advertising copy, invoices and record-keeping
- Anti-money laundering checks
- Ordering photos, floorplans and other marketing materials
- Day-to-day running of the office
- Dealing with contractors
- Ordering stationery/office supplies
- Answering the phone, taking notes and messages
- Good maths required as calculating monthly, quarterly, yearly figures for offices
- Excellent grammar and English essential as will be drafting letters/replies
The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:
- At least two years experience working as a Property Admin/PA
- It would be an advantage to have some Property/Secretarial background
- Very Strong IT experience is essential, and you should be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Have a good work ethic and a pleasant attitude
- Be able to multitask
- Excellent level of attention to detail and fantastic problem-solving ability
- Be well presented and able to deal with the public, both face-to-face and over the phone, in a professional manner
- Have good written and verbal communication skills
- Be a Team Player
- Basic experience of Excel spreadsheets
- Offering an excellent and solid level of customer service at all times
- Being a positive, personable and professional team player
- Being organised and one step ahead of the game wherever possible
- Must have UK drivers license + own car
- Experience using Reapit is preferred
- Experience using Jupix is preferred
- Experience using Goodlord is beneficial
- Experience using Fixflo is beneficial
Salary range will be: £40,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience. The hours will be: 8:45am – 6pm Monday to Friday.
