A unique Letting & Management organisation offering traditional rental services. In addition, the practice is one of London’s most successful Rent Guarantee Service Provision Specialists, procuring all types of property for Local & Central Government to fulfil their Emergency Housing needs.

The successful candidate must have a proven track record, be dynamic, organised, possess good people skills, and be articulate & ambitious.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring daily rents that are due and chasing
  • Managing 70 properties
  • Handling maintenance enquiries
  • Dealing with safety certification (gas/electric)
  • Organising tenancy renewals
  • Arranging end of tenancy check outs
  • Controlling Property licence applications
  • Serving section 21 and section 8 notices
  • Court applications for possession
  • Attending court for hearings
  • Meeting locksmiths/clients on bailiff appointments
  • Cross-selling Sales, Lettings, and Property Management services
  • Ensuring service levels and positive reviews are maintained and CRM data reporting systems upheld
Qualifications:
  • Must have a minimum of 1 to 2 years property management experience
  • It is highly desirable that candidates have intermediate computer literacy
  • Experience of lettings/property management software packages would be useful
  • ARLA Qualified would be an advantage
  • Be able to manage their own workload
  • Own Car for inspections/bailiff
  • Full UK Drivers license
Hours and Salary:

Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm or 9am - 6pm £33,000pa to £36,500 + Private Medical Insurance
