An great opportunity has arisen for a Letting Negotiator to join our Client based in Manchester, M3. As Letting Negotiator you will be confident in dealing with properties and clients across the range into the very top end and be involved in the whole Property Letting process from generating/carrying out viewings to negotiating and pushing deals through to their successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Advertising 30 – 40 listings at any one time with several hundred completions on new listings to follow
• Registration of new applicants, handling phone, email and office walk‑in enquiries
• Arranging and conducting viewings for properties; effective diary management
• Negotiation of offers, feedback to landlords, let progression, liaising with tenants and landlords
• Ensuring that all lets are legally compliant and administered effectively
• Canvassing

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience
• Target‑driven with a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment
• Excellent communication skills and able to articulate ideas in a concise way
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• A desire to progress and challenge yourself continually
• Experience using \’Vebra Alto\’ property software
• Full valid UK driving licence

Hours

Monday to Friday 09:30 am to 5:30 pm. Saturdays may be a rota for Saturday\’s.

Salary

Between £20,000 to £25,000pa + Commission 10% of all letting deals (payable once the tenancy has commended).
