A great opportunity for a Sales Negotiator has arisen to join a vibrant and well known Estate Agency based in North London. As Sales Negotiator you will be undertaking some of the following duties but will not be limited to:
- Effectively deal with applicant enquiries
- Conduct viewings
- Agree deals and progress to completion
- Undertake general administration support duties
- Prospecting for and securing new instructions
Candidate Profile
- Highly motivated individual with a proven track record of reaching/exceeding targets
- Minimum 2 years experience, preferably with local knowledge
- Must be articulate and well spoken with excellent communication and influencing skills
- Must be disciplined and well organised with the ability to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines
- Must be computer literate
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel
- A full clean UK driving Licence is desirable but not essential.
This Sales Negotiator position is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, with long term career prospects.
Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 + car allowance + commission OTE 45k
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 9am - 4.30pm with a day off in the week (Saturday rota system in place allowing staff members to get 1/2 weekends off per month).
