A strong, well-respected and very established Property Firm are actively seeking a personable, professional and team player based in East Ham E6.
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
- Managing a large portfolio of 700+ properties (within a team of 3/4).
- Liaising with contractors, tenants and Landlords regarding repairs including Major works.
- Dealing with deposit returns via TDS custodial scheme.
- Being the main point of contact for tenants for any issues during their tenancy.
- Serving Section 21 notices where required.
- Ensuring all compliance checks are up to date including gas safety certificates, EICR, EPC etc.
- Dealing with additional HMO licenses where applicable.
- Being up to date with current legislation.
- Conducting property inspections.
- Occasionally sending out Tenancy Agreements when required.
The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:
- A minimum of 3 years property management experience as a Property Manager is essential for this role.
- It is highly desirable that candidates have intermediate computer literacy.
- Experience of lettings/property management software packages would be useful.
- ARLA Qualified would be an advantage.
- Be able to manage their own workload.
- Own car for inspections.
The hours will be: Monday-Friday - 9 am to 5 pm.
Salary range will be: £33,000 to £37,000pa.
