A great opportunity has arisen for a Letting Negotiator to join our Client based in South Woodford, E18. As Letting Negotiator you will be confident in dealing with properties and clients across the range into the very top end and will be involved in the whole Property Letting process from generating and carrying out viewings to negotiating and pushing deals through to their successful completion.
Responsibilities
- Registration of new applicants, handling phone, email and office walk-in enquiries
- Arranging and conducting viewings for properties; effective diary management
- Negotiation of offers, feedback to landlords, let progression, liaising with tenants and landlords
- Ensure that all lets are legally compliant and administered effectively
- Canvassing
- Will also be covering sales appointments
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years Estate Agency experience
- Candidates should be target-driven and have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment
- Excellent communication skills and able to articulate ideas in a concise way
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- A desire to want to progress and challenge yourself continually
- Experience would be an advantage but not essential
- Obtain a full valid UK driving licence
Hours
Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturdays 9:30am – 4pm with a day in lieu for working.
Salary and Benefits
Salary range will be between £23,000 to £24,000 pa + Use of company car. OTE of around £40,000. The package includes 8.5% of all lettings completions which was £7k+ last year, a monthly bonus on all tenancy renewals which last year added over £4k to the negotiators salary.
