Letting Negotiator – Tottenham, N15
As Letting Negotiator you will be confident in dealing with properties and clients across the range into the very top end and be involved in the whole Property Letting process from generating /carrying out viewings to negotiating and pushing deals through to their successful completion.
Responsibilities
- Negotiating offers between applicants (tenants) and landlords (client with a property for rent).
- Building rapport with your client base and understanding their need to move and achieving the sale in a consultative approach.
- Generating new business by calling warm leads on the database.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year in a similar role and calling customers.
- You must be a charismatic person with a great telephone manner.
- Local knowledge and living locally would be preferred.
- A self‑motivated, determined and tenacious attitude.
- The ability to work towards sales targets.
- Opportunity to obtain a professional MARLA Qualification.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- Hours
Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm; Saturdays 9am – 5pm with a day off in the week.
Salary
£19,000 to £23,000 per annum basic + commission. OTE around £45,000 per annum.
