Letting Consultant – Wimbledon, SW19
An great opportunity has arisen for a Letting Consultant to join our Client based in Wimbledon, SW19. You’ll be dealing with a large portfolio of properties throughout London, the right individual will provide administrative support to a small but busy office and manage all aspects of the lettings process. The role involves communicating with applicants across London, showing prospective tenants properties and dealing with a variety of administrative duties.The successful candidate will have a natural sales ability (not necessarily experience) and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
- Updating online adverts
- Managing enquiries
- Sourcing suitable tenants
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Negotiating offers
- CRM
- Property management:
- Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors and maintaining strong relationships
- Resolving tenant issues in a professional manner
- Office administration
The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills
- Well-presented and confident
- Experience in sales
- Professional telephone manner
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and provide solutions to sometimes challenging situations
- Strong negotiation skills
- Desire to meet targets
- Passion for customer service
- Confidence to use initiative
- Outstanding spelling and grammar
- Fantastic organisational skills and time management
- Enjoy working in a team, as well as alone
- Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus
The hours will be:
Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm
Salary range will be:
£30,000 + commission
